We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide care in a Residential Treatment Center serving adults with substance use disorders near Antrim, NH.
Position Overview:
The NP will manage medical care for patients in both detox (9–12 beds) and residential (23–36 beds, flex up to 35) settings. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, medication management, and coordination of care with an interdisciplinary team. This role also includes telehealth follow-ups with PHP patients (4–8 hours weekly) and on-call coverage during assigned days.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-Time: Monday–Thursday, 8a–4p
- On-Call: 8a–8a on scheduled workdays — $5.00/hr
- Call-back at straight time
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Requirements:
- Active NH NP license
- DEA credentials (or eligibility for board approval)
- Minimum 1 year NP experience in clinic or inpatient setting
- Preferred: Experience in psychiatric and detox care
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or provide exemption
Responsibilities:
- Round daily on up to 12 detox and 3–5 residential clients
- Perform assessments, prescribe medications, and monitor progress
- Provide telehealth check-ins for PHP patients
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
